Program Manager - Products & Services Privacy

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and portfolio management for privacy and compliance programs across Products & Services.
• Develop roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, delivery schedules, and operating rhythms.
• Coordinate Privacy, Legal, Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Data Governance, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, resource constraints, and regulatory implementation dependencies.
• Improve privacy operations through standardized intake, workflow automation, documentation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in business administration, project management, information systems, computer science, public policy, legal studies, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in program or project management, compliance operations, governance, risk management, privacy, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience with technology, software development, compliance, risk, security, or governance initiatives.
• Experience creating executive reports, dashboards, operational metrics, and project tracking systems.
• Knowledge of Jira or ADO, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, CIPM, or CIPP certification.
