Program Manager - Supply Chain Analytics

Location: San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters, San Jose, California; secondary location: Rochester Office. This is an onsite, full-time role.

Salary: $106,600–$142,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional programs across supply chain, digital transformation, procurement, IT, and business units.
• Develop PMO governance, intake and prioritization frameworks, milestone standards, project dashboards, and integrated reporting in Jira and Smartsheet.
• Partner with executives on steering reviews, planning, KPI reporting, and executive-ready presentations.
• Analyze supply chain data and support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, route optimization, predictive maintenance, and automation initiatives.
• Support digital supply chain tool implementation, including configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, and system validation.
• Drive process improvement, training, onboarding, change management, and adoption of standardized delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business analytics, data science, information systems, or a related field.
• 0–5+ years of program management experience in a matrixed supply chain organization.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and the intersection of supply chain, IT, and business functions.
• Experience establishing or leading a PMO function and managing supply chain or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams without formal authority, communicate with varied stakeholders, and apply structured analytical problem-solving.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for translating complex initiatives into clear executive storytelling.

• Supply chain corporate experience combined with blue-chip consulting experience.
• Experience in high-tech supply chain environments.
• Experience with Lean and process excellence methods.
