Program Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site at the Union Square office

Salary: $135,150–$182,850 base annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own Ashby configuration, workflows, automations, and permissions for the Talent team.
• Maintain clean, consistent candidate and role data to support reliable reporting.
• Partner with People Tech to optimize Ashby integrations and evaluate additions or removals from the recruiting technology stack.
• Build dashboards covering time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health by role.
• Train Talent team members and onboard new hires to Ashby.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify recruiting workflows as the company scales globally.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Ashby, including configuring workflows, automations, and permissions.
• Experience maintaining trustworthy candidate and role data at high-growth technology companies.
• Ability to troubleshoot Ashby issues independently and understand how the platform works.
• Experience building reporting dashboards used by hiring leaders for decision-making.
• Experience intentionally shaping and streamlining a recruiting technology stack.
