Staff Program Manager, NPI and Product Operations (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $162,000–$227,333 per year, plus potential bonus, commissions, and equity.

What you will do

• Own the New Product Introduction process from launch intake through post-launch review, including critical paths, release gates, dependencies, risks, and committed delivery dates.
• Lead pricing and go-to-market execution for SKU creation, price changes, promotional rollouts, and entitlement logic across business systems.
• Drive technical alliance and commercialization programs with cloud providers, OEMs, and ISVs.
• Govern cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, Support, and Business Systems.
• Re-engineer program management practices using AI-driven insights and automation to improve launch speed, consistency, and quality.
• Build KPI dashboards and establish operating standards for globally distributed teams using tools such as Sigma, Looker, and Jira.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience and 10+ years of overall technology experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in pricing operations, SKU management, and business system implementations, including CPQ, Salesforce, or ERP platforms.
• Practical experience using AI tools, generative AI automation, and workflow intelligence to reduce manual effort and improve operations.
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS release cycles, commercialization models, NPI, and technical alliances.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, Sigma, Looker, and Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience leading programs with cloud providers, OEMs, and ISV partners.
• Experience establishing AI-assisted product operations and predictive risk tracking.
