What you will do

• Develop and analyze complex financial models, including ROI, DCF, and payback models, to examine client alternatives.
• Execute a full range of financial transactions, focusing on M&A, debt issuances, and IPOs for real estate companies and REITs.
• Prepare high-level financial exhibits, marketing documents, and information memorandums for clients.
• Create board-level presentations regarding business strategy, corporate finance, investment analysis, and macroeconomics.
• Maintain databases tracking sensitivity metrics and industry trends for senior leadership and clients.
• Collaborate across divisions to guide client executives in their financial and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Quantitative Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking or a related financial role.
• Proven expertise in developing operating models, strategic projections, and capital budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Alteryx.
• Experience evaluating and supporting financial transactions in excess of $250 million.
• Ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally for business meetings.
