What you will do

• Create and analyze financial models.
• Organize and prepare client presentations.
• Oversee transaction processes and assist in structuring transactions for companies in the Industrials sector.
• Develop financial models and perform customized company valuation analysis.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances.
• Coordinate with teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related role.
• Two (2) years of experience with developing and reviewing financial models including operating models, M&A, discounted cash flow, or leveraged buyouts.
• Experience with producing client reports using market data analyses, leveraging electronic data sources including Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ.
• Experience with analyzing company data, including strategic operating plans, documentation of live transactions, regulatory filings, annual reports, and other public disclosures.
• Experience with performing credit analysis, including analyzing a company’s financial position, evaluating historical cashflow, assessing the maturity profile of total borrowings and the ability to refinance in the future.
• Experience with executing debt and equity financing (including IPO) transactions, and public and private M&A (buyside and sell-side) transactions.
• Experience with presenting to senior management and board members on corporate strategy and financing alternatives.
