Salary: $200,000–$265,000 base salary

What you will do

• Design and architect scalable, reliable platform infrastructure for clinical documentation.
• Lead high-value platform initiatives from system design through to deployment.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to maintain customer experience.
• Improve code quality and engineering processes to enable faster delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience solving complex software engineering problems.
• Proficiency with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and containers (Docker).
• Experience with queuing systems (SQS, Kafka) and databases (Postgres).
• Proven ability to drive technical initiatives from inception to outcome.
