What you will do
- Execute a go-to-market strategy targeting large self-insured employers within the East region.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through direct outreach, partnerships, and broker relationships.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and closing.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Benefits, HR, and Finance to present value propositions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience selling digital health or benefits solutions to enterprise employers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex cycles.
- Deep understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem, including brokers and consulting channels.
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-growth environment with autonomy.
- Strong consultative, strategic, and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
