Salary: $150,000 base + commission

hirify.global is a healthtech company providing a concierge radiology network that reduces imaging costs and improves access for patients and employers.

What you will do

  • Execute a go-to-market strategy targeting large self-insured employers within the East region.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through direct outreach, partnerships, and broker relationships.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and closing.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across Benefits, HR, and Finance to present value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience selling digital health or benefits solutions to enterprise employers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex cycles.
  • Deep understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem, including brokers and consulting channels.
  • Ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-growth environment with autonomy.
  • Strong consultative, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
