Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 per year plus variable compensation

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on net-new provider acquisition.
  • Own team performance against revenue targets through rigorous pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Develop and refine sales processes, messaging, and best practices for the healthcare provider market.
  • Provide hands-on coaching on discovery, deal strategy, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Support the team on complex strategic deals and executive-level negotiations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to align on market positioning and feedback.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing Account Executives selling into healthcare provider organizations.
  • Strong understanding of provider workflows, buying processes, and budget cycles.
  • Demonstrated success coaching teams through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Excellent executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience operating in high-growth or startup environments.
