Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $170,000–$228,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with influential consultants across national and regional firms.
- Partner with Sales RVPs to identify priority consultants and facilitate introductions to drive opportunity development.
- Educate the consultant community on product vision and strategic capabilities to strengthen market positioning.
- Support Client Success teams on strategic accounts to influence outcomes in complex renewals or audits.
- Monitor industry trends and consultant perspectives to inform internal strategy and product packaging.
- Serve as a primary relationship manager for consulting partners, including establishing partnership agreements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of client-facing experience in health and benefits.
- Experience at a consulting or brokerage firm.
- Experience or interest in consultative sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 2x per month.
- Bachelors degree required.
