SDR Manager (Healthcare): Leading and scaling the In-Home sales team to drive growth in home health, hospice, and home infusion sectors with an accent on team development, performance metrics, and outbound sales strategy. Focus on building high-performing sales processes, coaching SDRs, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Location: Must be based in the U.S. or Canada
Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 (Base + OTE)

What you will do
- Interview, train, and onboard new team members to ensure immediate impact.
- Review calls, emails, and accounts to identify and implement performance improvements.
- Track key funnel metrics to proactively identify and correct gaps.
- Create and execute coaching plans based on qualitative and quantitative performance reviews.
- Hold team members accountable for results and drive month-over-month growth.
- Communicate strategy and performance insights across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead role within Sales Development.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, and cold outbound sales.
- Ability to interpret data, create reports, and identify trends to improve performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
