What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and approval workflows.
• Manage employment documentation, offer letters, and maintain the Employee Handbook.
• Oversee GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy compliance programs.
• Advise on AI governance, implementation risk, and AI terms of use.
• Support due diligence and legal review for strategic M&A transactions.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 2–5 years of legal experience, ideally in-house at a creative, marketing, or advertising services firm.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy compliance.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Perplexity, etc.) for building efficient workflows.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to steer negotiations toward a close.
• Ability to operate independently as a "team of one" in a fast-paced environment.
