What you will do

• Manage a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files from litigation to resolution.
• Collaborate with insurance clients and lead lawyers to set and execute case strategies.
• Conduct detailed evidence analysis and ensure compliance with court timetables.
• Perform advocacy where cost-effective and commercially beneficial.
• Maintain accurate case management systems and ensure timely billing.
• Identify client trends and opportunities to prevent emerging fraud risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham, UK.
• Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
• Understanding of insurance litigation practice, processes, and indemnity principles.
• Working knowledge of the litigation process and CPR.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX status with practice rights.
• Experience handling linked and organized fraud cases.
• Experience with RTA pre-litigated or litigated caseloads.
