What you will do

• Supervise multiple client services teams, planning and executing tax projects across various industries.
• Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients.
• Drive firm growth by leveraging external networks to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Manage engagement fundamentals, including realization, utilization, and budget management.
• Mentor, train, and assess the performance of staff on tax projects.
• Perform primary and secondary reviews of complex tax returns and ASC 740 income tax provisions.

Requirements

• CPA or JD/active law license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master's in taxation, LLM, or JD preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in corporate income tax and ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and corporate income tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel as needed.
