Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines (in-office attendance 2-3 times per week)

What you will do

• Support project-based and BAU network and cloud operations to ensure stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with technical leads on cross-team infrastructure projects and architectural decision-making.
• Engage with external vendors and service providers to coordinate maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Optimize physical data center infrastructure to improve performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in network and cloud operations management.
• Maintain observability metrics to ensure compliance with hirify.global SLOs.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Cisco and HP networking equipment, including switches, routers, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups).
• Hands-on experience with physical data center hardware installation and structured fibre optic cabling.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours work and participate in on-call support rotations.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Cloudflare, specifically SSL Remote VPN.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, or CompTIA Network+/Security+.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
