What you will do

• Serve as the primary escalation point for the NOC and support engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Operate and maintain Windows servers within virtualized environments using VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Build and manage infrastructure within Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Implement and administer high-availability and disaster recovery technologies for clients.
• Manage core Windows Server roles, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Authorities.
• Perform resource utilization analysis to troubleshoot and resolve CPU and memory alerts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a client-facing infrastructure role.
• VMWare certifications (VCP/VCAP).
• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, OSI, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and perform off-hours changes.
• Must be able to drive to client work sites.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA).
• Linux experience.
