Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year + 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead the infrastructure modernization from hybrid on-premises and Azure to a fully cloud-native environment.
• Own end-to-end identity governance including Entra ID, Active Directory, and conditional access.
• Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, Intune, and Autopilot for endpoint lifecycle management.
• Manage traditional systems administration including Windows Server, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Build automation using PowerShell and API integrations to reduce manual work.
• Maintain network infrastructure across office locations using Cisco Meraki.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure (Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Files, Azure Arc).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and scripted workflows.
• Solid background in on-premises Windows Server (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS legacy workloads.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft AZ-104, or MS-102.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks.
