What you will do
- Drive end-to-end design for major product areas from discovery through delivery.
- Frame problems, conduct customer research, explore concepts, and validate solutions iteratively.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and production-ready specifications.
- Partner with Product Management on roadmaps, requirements, and prioritization, and collaborate with Engineering on implementation quality.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and field observations to improve workflows.
- Help evolve the design system and advocate for user-centered decisions across product initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design.
- Proven experience designing complex, data-driven, multi-step workflows and enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of design thinking, research methods, UX strategy, information architecture, and system-level interaction design.
- Fluency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
- Strong English communication skills for influencing cross-functional partners and presenting design decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional Product, Engineering, Data, and QA teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or B2B enterprise environments.
- Experience designing for technical users or operational workflows.
- Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers.
