What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for major product areas, from discovery through delivery.
• Frame problems, run customer research, explore concepts, and validate iterations.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs.
• Partner with Product Management on roadmap definition, requirements, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and UX fidelity.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and field observations; evolve the design system.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design.
• Proven experience designing complex, data-driven, multi-step workflows.
• Expertise in design thinking, research methods, and UX strategy.
• Strong interaction design skills, including information architecture and system-level thinking.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills in English to influence cross-functional partners and present design decisions clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, retail, or B2B enterprise environments.
• Experience designing for highly technical users or operational workflows.
• Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
