TL;DR
Lead Product Designer (Product Design/UX): Leading discovery and product direction across client engagements, defining key flows, concepts, and screens with an accent on stakeholder alignment, business judgment, and design quality. Focus on challenging assumptions, validating design decisions, documenting direction, and reviewing production work against established systems and accessibility standards.
Location: Mexico/Puebla; work from home 100% of the time or work from one of the global offices

What you will do
- Lead discovery with client stakeholders to clarify business goals, user needs, requirements, constraints, and success measures.
- Define product and UX direction, including alternative approaches and the key flows, screens, and patterns for production.
- Run workshops, present concepts, and build stakeholder confidence in the recommended direction.
- Define validation strategies and document the problem, constraints, recommendations, decisions, and approvals.
- Review production work for quality and design drift as UI and Visual Designers scale the approved direction.
- Monitor client sentiment and raise design risks to design leadership early.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, including substantial client-facing or stakeholder-facing work.
- Portfolio required, showing the process from problem definition and constraints through to the shipped product.
- Experience leading workshops, presenting concepts, and handling difficult conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Strong product, business, visual design, and stakeholder judgment.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including components, variables, auto-layout, and work within established design systems.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design and WCAG accessibility standards, plus excellent written and verbal English communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in gaming, casino, or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
- Hands-on user research and usability testing experience.
