Senior Product Designer (Remote LATAM)

Location: Remote in LATAM; Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do

• Own UX and UI design from problem definition through solution development and product launch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, using feedback to iterate designs.
• Collaborate with product strategists, engineers, data scientists, and clients to shape solutions.
• Create storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design usable, consistent, and scalable experiences for complex enterprise workflows and AI-driven features.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of UI/UX design experience and 5+ years designing for SaaS products.
• Digital portfolio demonstrating UX research, design, testing, and outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience with analytics, visualization, decision-support tools, responsive web and mobile design, and multi-tenant workflows.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, interaction design, WCAG, inclusive design, user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Understanding of AI concepts, AI-driven insights, explainability, and trust in user experience design.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-driven or agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with Miro and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience maintaining or evolving scalable design systems.
