Senior Product Designer (EdTech)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote. Remote work is available in locations without company offices.

Develops an all-in-one digital education and research platform using machine intelligence and data science.

What you will do

• Partner with business and product teams to identify product improvement and innovation opportunities.
• Conduct user research and analyze user context, motivations, and behavior.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, then validate and iterate on solutions using data.
• Contribute to and use the design system and component library to build scalable, consistent experiences.
• Design new products from 0-to-1 and improve existing live product experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present concepts to stakeholders, provide peer feedback, and investigate complex customer-reported product issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Art, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience in product companies.
• Portfolio showing products designed and launched with real market or business value.
• Experience redesigning or improving live product experiences.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
• Advanced Figma skills and strong attention to detail for pixel-perfect execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with learning management systems or EdTech products.
• Strong interest in online learning.
• Experience with vibe coding or experimental design-to-code workflows.
