Product Designer (UX/UI + Design Systems | SaaS)

Location: Remote for candidates in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico; working hours aligned with U.S. Business Hours

hirify.global is sourcing a Product Designer for a client building modern web and mobile SaaS applications.

What you will do

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify friction and user needs.
• Translate insights into personas, journeys, workflows, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable component libraries, and interaction standards across products.
• Design responsive and accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Use product analytics and A/B testing to optimize onboarding, conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers through sprint planning, design reviews, documentation, and developer handoff.

Requirements

• Must be located in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico and available during U.S. Business Hours.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, high-quality UI execution, and responsive product design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, plus experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, usability testing, and responsive design.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS products, consumer applications, or enterprise software.
• Experience building scalable design systems.
• Basic front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
