What you will do

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
• Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models incorporating extensive data analysis.
• Partner with various departments to solve capital allocation problems using analytical methods.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial and data analytics reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes through data analytics and automation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles.
• Balanced background in FP&A and strategic finance within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial concepts.
