Manager, Finance

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York; hybrid schedule requiring office attendance a minimum of four days per week. Travel to Canada is required.

Salary: USD 90,000–125,000 yearly, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for a new initiative.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership on financial implications, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Develop financial models for strategic decision-making and scenario analysis.
• Track and analyze operational headcount, financial performance, and variances.
• Create management reports and presentations for routine and ad hoc needs.
• Own vendor setup and maintenance while improving finance processes and forecasting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to contribute from the New York office at least four days per week under the hybrid schedule.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Canada.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• SAP BW/BPC experience.
