What you will do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for a new innovative initiative.
• Act as a key finance partner to leadership, providing guidance on the financial implications of strategic decisions.
• Develop financial models to support scenario analysis and decision-making.
• Manage headcount tracking and analysis for operational teams.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights via management reports.
• Own and maintain the vendor setup process for the initiative.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid schedule (4 days/week in office).
• Travel to Canada required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BW/BPC.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into presentations for senior leadership.
