Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage revenue and expense forecasting across annual budgets, long-range strategic plans, and in-year financial estimates.
• Design scalable dashboards and tools for performance tracking to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Analyze subscriber funnels and key metrics (acquisition, churn, LTV, ARPU) to drive strategic initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and HR to provide investment and pricing decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in progressive Operational Finance or FP&A roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to present financial insights succinctly to executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with large data sets using SQL or Python.
• Proficiency with financial systems (SAP) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Background in media or consumer subscription-based businesses.
• Advanced credentials such as an MBA, CFA, or CFI certification.
