Financial Analyst (AI)

Salary: Starting at $55,000 per year, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.

What you will do

• Prepare financial analysis and recommendations for business unit leads and senior analysts.
• Use AI tools and established workflows for analytical work while validating outputs and applying independent judgment.
• Build financial models and analysis for special projects, strategic initiatives, and operational decisions.
• Own components of monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles across assigned business units.
• Improve, simplify, and automate financial reporting.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role; strong internships are acceptable for new graduates.
• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another highly analytical field.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to build and validate financial models.
• Ability to structure problems, interpret data, communicate financial insights, and collaborate with business leaders.
• Ability to use AI as an analytical thinking partner and independently check its output.
• Must work in the El Segundo, California, United States / Los Angeles, California area.
