What you will do

• Partner with business unit leads and senior analysts to provide data-backed recommendations.
• Utilize AI tools and custom workflows to handle complex analytical tasks and data processing.
• Build financial models and perform analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
• Manage specific components of the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles.
• Collaborate on the simplification and automation of financial reporting processes.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly analytical field.
• Proficiency in building solid financial models and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using AI as a thinking partner to increase efficiency and depth of analysis.
• Ability to synthesize messy data sets into clear, actionable financial stories.
• Must be based in or able to work in El Segundo/Los Angeles, CA.
