What you will do

  • Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers to champion customer needs and craft compelling narratives based on Unique Selling Propositions (USPs).
  • Align and execute GTM strategy for core product launches and campaigns across 10+ acquisition channels.
  • Design and implement pricing and product packaging strategies for DaaS offerings.
  • Drive qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to transform market insights into value propositions and NMRR growth.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales to optimize the customer journey for upgrades and expansion.
  • Influence product roadmaps by providing feedback loops from market needs to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in product marketing and business strategy, specifically within SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of setting and scaling Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Extensive expertise in creating and adapting product pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C SaaS business models and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong technical background and proficiency in leveraging data analytics for decision-making.
  • Must be based in Boston for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or User Experience Design.
  • Passion for and familiarity with latest marketing trends like AI SEO and Agentic Search Optimization.
