TL;DR
Web Product Manager (AI): Leading the strategy and roadmap for claude.com to transform web surfaces into high-performing acquisition and conversion channels with an accent on experimentation and data-driven growth. Focus on driving conversion rate optimization (CRO), establishing a robust web analytics foundation, and scaling international localization strategies.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco or New York City). Must be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
Salary: $305,000 - $385,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the web experience strategy for claude.com, ensuring all surfaces align with audience goals and acquisition targets.
- Establish and lead a web experimentation program to increase velocity and rigor through hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across signup and checkout funnels in collaboration with Design and Growth teams.
- Build the web analytics foundation with Data Science to enable fast, data-informed growth decisions.
- Lead international and localization strategies to ensure web surfaces perform across all global markets.
- Coordinate and prioritize inbound web requests from various stakeholders based on growth impact.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business results via web channels in competitive markets.
- Experience running experimentation programs with a clear ROI and impact on business metrics.
- Strong quantitative skills and fluency with analytics tools and funnel modeling.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners in Marketing, Design, and Engineering without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of experience in web product management, digital strategy, or CRO at B2B/consumer tech companies.
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO and site architecture.
- Experience marketing AI or developer-focused technical products.
- History of shipping high-craft marketing sites in partnership with in-house brand teams.
