Compensation: $187,000 – $260,000 (based on location).

What you will do

• Manage the pay-as-you-go (PAYGO) forecast and identify key growth levers across all platform products.
• Design and execute strategic campaigns to increase developer adoption and platform usage.
• Spearhead and operationalize external partnerships to grow developer mindshare and acquisition.
• Translate industry tailwinds like AI agents and new application architectures into actionable growth motions.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to drive alignment.
• Incubate new growth processes and continuously optimize existing operational rhythms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in growth strategy, GTM operations, or program management at a SaaS company.
• Proven experience in product-led growth (PLG) or developer-focused business environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external partnerships from negotiation to launch.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export-controlled technology.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, San Francisco, or New York.

• Prior experience with developer platforms or infrastructure products.
