What you will do

• Own the full product delivery lifecycle for AI monetization, from AI credit packaging to admin experiences and systems translating usage into billing.
• Lead continuous discovery via customer interviews and rapid experimentation to reflect legal professionals’ evolving needs.
• Mentor other AI product managers and implement scalable product strategies and workflows for org-wide deployment.
• Navigate technical dependencies across metering, billing, admin consoles, and AI surfaces from other R&D teams while maintaining delivery velocity.
• Drive outcome-focused metrics, assumption testing, and customer-centric decision-making across AI monetization and adoption funnels.
• Design and execute iterative experiments (trials, POCs, freemium motions) to grow adoption and retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a track record delivering complex, multi-quarter initiatives (ideally monetization, pricing/packaging, or product-led growth).
• Strong technical fluency and experience with consumption-based pricing models and usage revenue tied to ROI journeys.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based product development, including semantic indexing, RAG systems, and AI-powered document intelligence applications.
• Experience with modern product development and experimentation practices (agile, feature flags, A/B testing, funnel instrumentation).
• Comfort operating in high-autonomy environments with context and strategic direction, determining execution approach independently.
• Legal technology/regulatory compliance or highly regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
