What you will do

• Drive B2 product strategy and roadmap development from initial conception through to delivery execution.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, focusing on feature discovery and delivery.
• Synthesize inputs from internal functions, customers, and partners to prioritize R&D efforts and cost optimization.
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch new features and act as a subject matter expert for hirify.global solutions.
• Establish and track key product metrics (KPIs) to guide iteration and growth decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in tech, preferably with IaaS and/or SaaS offerings.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling technical platforms in high-growth businesses.
• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, security, and compliance.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, defining MVPs, and driving the complete product life cycle.
• Ability to translate market trends and technical innovations into a clear product vision.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Expertise in cloud storage/computing from providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, GPU clouds, or CDNs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Practical application development programming experience.
• Expertise in applying GenAI for solution prototyping and agentic workflow development.
