Location: Remote, must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time. We are on Zoom and Slack a lot.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do

• Own product surfaces from discovery to launch: define problems, write specs, drive alignment, oversee delivery, and measure outcomes.
• Write detailed specs covering functional requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and resolve open questions.
• Stay close to customers: shadow calls, run interviews, analyze support tickets, and synthesize insights into actionable product decisions.
• Leverage AI for discovery, research, spec drafting, user segmentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain prioritized roadmaps, communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, ops, legal ops, and customer success to align cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4–7 years in SaaS product management or technical project ownership.
• Track record of shipping complex features end-to-end.
• Exceptional written clarity for specs, tickets, and communication.
• Technical fluency to converse with engineers on web application development.
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflow for research, writing, and analysis.
• Experience with user-centered flows for operational, financial, or workflow-heavy products.
• Must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time.

Nice to have

• Experience with venture capital, fund administration, or financial compliance.
• Background in operations, legal ops, or workflow automation.
• Product analytics and user behavior analysis for feature design.
