TL;DR
Product Manager (SaaS): Own product surfaces from discovery to launch for Decile Hub platform with an accent on writing detailed specs, customer insights, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on maintaining prioritized roadmaps, cross-functional collaboration, and shipping complex features end-to-end.
Location: Remote; must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time

operates the Decile Hub platform and runs a venture capital accelerator focused on helping next-generation investment firms launch and grow.
What you will do
- Own a product surface from discovery through launch, including problem definition, specifications, alignment, delivery oversight, and post-launch evaluation.
- Write detailed functional requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and resolved open questions for engineering.
- Conduct customer calls and interviews, review support tickets, and turn findings into actionable product insights.
- Use AI tools for research synthesis, competitive analysis, specification drafting, segmentation, and other product workflows.
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap and communicate timelines, risks, tradeoffs, and scope decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal operations, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in SaaS product management or technical project ownership.
- Track record of shipping complex features end-to-end.
- Strong written communication and the ability to create specifications engineers can implement without follow-up questions.
- Technical fluency in web application development and effective communication with engineers.
- Active daily use of AI tools for research, writing, analysis, and synthesis.
- Experience with user-centered flows for operational, financial, or workflow-heavy products, plus strong prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with venture capital, fund administration, or financial compliance workflows.
- Background in operations, legal operations, or workflow automation.
- Experience using product analytics and user behavior analysis for feature design and onboarding.
