Location: Hybrid (Bristol). Must be based in or be able to commute to Bristol (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

What you will do

• Prescribe and review cannabis-based medicines (CBPM) for patients with complex clinical needs.
• Tailor treatments to individual patient needs while ensuring clinical safety and accuracy.
• Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on available treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with GPhC standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to improve patient outcomes and clinical pathways.
• Deliver education and training on CBPM to staff, clinicians, and patients.

Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification.
• At least 2 years of prescribing experience.
• Proven experience working in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills for both clinical and non-clinical settings.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize competing demands.

Nice to have

• Existing knowledge of cannabis-based medicines (CBPM).
