What you will do

• Lead a complex portfolio of strategic projects focused on the direct delivery of childhood immunization in fragile and conflict-affected settings.
• Provide remote and in-country technical support to country programs, leading implementation and research projects.
• Develop implementation tools and capacity building materials for demand creation and health system support.
• Monitor program progress and key performance indicators to drive necessary course corrections.
• Collaborate with PPD and MEAL teams to set targets, monitor pillar delivery, and identify learning opportunities.
• Support business development by providing technical inputs and specialized support for proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in global health, immunization, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in program implementation or delivery roles in humanitarian or fragile settings.
• Technical fluency in immunization programming and ability to engage credibly with technical teams.
• Proficiency in English and French required.
• Ability to travel globally up to 25% of the time, occasionally on short notice.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to track deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
