What you will do

• Lead the Obesity & Metabolic Health division, owning clinical quality, safety, and performance of services.
• Maintain clinical governance processes, SOPs, and ensure DCB0129 compliance.
• Partner with the CMO to execute high-priority initiatives and provide leadership continuity during their absence.
• Collaborate with product, data, and coaching teams to optimize digital interventions and patient pathways.
• Serve as the primary external clinical spokesperson for media, industry conferences, and regulators.
• Directly execute high-priority clinical projects from strategy to final delivery.

Requirements

• GMC-registered doctor.
• Proven experience owning clinical governance and safety within a complex healthcare environment.
• Ability to move rapidly from high-level strategy to execution without micro-management.
• Strong communication skills and presence for high-stakes professional and media settings.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work (3 days per week).

Nice to have

• Specialized experience in metabolic health or obesity care.
• Knowledge of emerging treatments such as GLP-1/GIP therapies.
