What you will do

• Serve as the global medical authority in opioid agonist treatment and overdose management, shaping enterprise-wide strategy.
• Translate complex global clinical data and real-world evidence into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Design and lead global evidence generation programs to address critical scientific gaps and differentiate the portfolio.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with top-tier global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Lead high-impact cross-functional global initiatives, driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Establish and oversee global governance frameworks to ensure the highest ethical and scientific standards.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) is required.
• Proven experience in Global Medical Affairs, as a Medical Advisor, or Medical Manager with strategic influence.
• Experience in Substitution Therapies, Specialty Care, or Emergency Care Therapies is highly preferred.
• Track record of leading global evidence generation and cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Extensive experience engaging top-tier global KOLs and influencing scientific discourse.
• Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed global organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
