Global Medical Advisor - Rescue Treatments

What you will do

• Serve as the global medical authority for opioid agonist treatment therapy and opioid overdose management.
• Shape global medical strategy and oversee substitution and rescue treatment product execution across functions and regions.
• Interpret clinical data, real-world evidence, and emerging scientific trends for senior leadership.
• Design and lead global evidence-generation programs addressing scientific gaps and supporting portfolio differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, engage global KOLs and HCPs, and influence clinical practice through strategic partnerships.
• Establish governance frameworks, manage enterprise-level risks and resources, and mentor medical capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree required: MD, PharmD, or PhD.
• Experience in Global Medical Affairs, Medical Advisor, Medical Manager, or an equivalent role with progression toward enterprise-level strategic influence.
• Proven success leading global evidence generation and cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Extensive experience engaging senior KOLs and HCPs and influencing scientific discourse and clinical practice.
• Experience working in highly matrixed global organizations and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong expertise in scientific communication, stakeholder management, governance, compliance, risk management, strategic thinking, and complex problem-solving.
