What you will do

• Serve as the global medical authority for the Anti-Infectives therapeutic area to shape enterprise-wide strategy.
• Translate complex global clinical data and real-world evidence into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Design and lead global evidence generation programs to address scientific gaps and differentiate the portfolio.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with top-tier global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Lead high-impact global initiatives and drive alignment across senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Establish and oversee global governance frameworks to ensure the highest ethical and scientific standards.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) with grounding in clinical research and evidence-based medicine.
• Experience in Global Medical Affairs or as a Medical Advisor with proven strategic influence.
• Experience in Anti-Infectives / Infectious Disease (or alternatively Haematology or ICU products).
• Proven track record of leading new indication launches and global evidence generation.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and storytelling skills to influence C-suite and external experts.
• Ability to operate and influence effectively within highly matrixed global organizations.
