Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 a year

What you will do
- Maintain data accuracy, lead routing, and account ownership across Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Manage the opportunity lifecycle, including stage management, forecasting hygiene, and closed-won processes.
- Develop and monitor key health indicators for customer activation, churn signals, and product usage.
- Build and maintain GTM performance and cohort health dashboards in Salesforce and Looker.
- Document operational processes and identify friction points in Sales, Onboarding, or CS workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enable sales teams and increase operational metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success Operations, preferably in SaaS.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and advanced spreadsheet tools.
- Mandatory proficiency with ChiliPiper and Outreach (or similar booking/sequence software).
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data hygiene.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional partnership.
Nice to have
- Experience or familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or Looker.
