Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii)
Compensation: $107,270 – $119,890 (Total cash including base salary and bonus)

What you will do
- Own data integrity and maintenance within Salesforce and integrated revenue tools.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Create and maintain reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Provide education and ongoing support to Salesforce users across the commercial team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems and data support business outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii)
- 3+ years of professional experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Revenue/Sales Operations.
- 2+ years of advanced Salesforce experience with a focus on data integrity and complex reporting.
- Proven ability to analyze data sets and build reporting for leadership consumption.
Nice to have
- Experience at a high-growth start-up.
- Background in healthcare, benefits, or marketplace businesses.
- Experience creating rep-facing systems playbooks.
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Gong, LeanData, Definitive Healthcare, Dialpad, or ZoomInfo.
