What you will do

  • Manage weekly forecast cadence, including pipeline scrubs, deal reviews, and submission tracking.
  • Translate pipeline data into clear narratives and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track pipeline health and quota attainment.
  • Oversee territory assignments and ensure fair, accurate account distribution.
  • Operationalize new sales processes through documentation, training, and adoption tracking.
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, and GTM teams to align sales operations priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in sales or revenue operations within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Clari.
  • Working expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for querying and validating data.
  • Comfortable presenting insights and influencing decisions for VP-level stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Lexington, MA office.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
