What you will do

  • Own end-to-end commercial relationships for a portfolio of global tier-one retailers, serving as the primary executive contact.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with retailer growth, efficiency, and digital priorities.
  • Deliver against annual revenue quotas by managing contract retention and driving expansion across new geographies and product lines.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, positioning the company as a transformation partner.
  • Lead complex enterprise deal negotiations, including multi-year contracts, platform licensing, and AI-managed services.
  • Partner with product and innovation teams to channel global retail client feedback into roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or retail partnerships, including global roles.
  • Deep understanding of the retail value chain, including commercial, supply chain, operations, media, and technology.
  • Proven ability to build senior relationships across multiple functions within large retail organizations.
  • Experience selling data, analytics, or technology solutions in quota-carrying enterprise roles.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring, and ROI modelling.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Oxford, UK.
