What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, owning communication from briefing to presentation.
• Lead and develop a team of four, managing resource allocation and providing constructive feedback.
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs and perform rigorous quality control on all outputs.
• Manage project-level budgets, including cost estimation, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with print and merchandise suppliers, managing specifications and delivery schedules.
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve account management efficiency and reporting.

Requirements

• Substantial account management experience in an agency or in-house studio environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing small creative teams.
• Solid background in retail or channel marketing across print, digital, social, and web channels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools to optimize workflows and research.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom
