Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Voice AI): Drive net-new enterprise revenue for hirify.global’s Voice AI platform with an accent on full-cycle hunting sales, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles, and outbound pipeline creation. Focus on building strategic account plans, engaging technical and executive buyers, and achieving ARR and quota targets.

Location: San Francisco, CA or Somerville, MA

Salary: Expected annual quota approximately $1.4M–$1.7M in new business revenue

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close for net-new customers.
  • Generate and advance opportunities through outbound prospecting and targeted account penetration.
  • Manage a portfolio of ~50–100 target accounts and develop multi-threaded engagement strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with technical buyers, business users, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to shape go-to-market and product feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales (Call Center/Conversational AI, infrastructure, AI, developer tools).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a net-new business environment.
  • Experience running complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills.
  • Ability to engage technical audiences and communicate business value effectively.
  • Excellent discovery, negotiation, and closing skills with a self-starter ownership mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI/ML, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software buying processes.
  • Experience selling to product, engineering, developer, operations, or technology leadership teams.
  • Experience thriving in startup or high-growth environments.
