TL;DR
Senior Enterprise Account Executive (AI Agents/Logistics): Own full-cycle enterprise acquisition and run complex multi-threaded sales cycles for ’s AI Agents platform with an accent on solution-selling, workflow mapping, and proving ROI through structured evaluations and pilots. Focus on building a qualified pipeline, advancing 5–7 enterprise deals to late stage, and aligning executive stakeholders across COO/CIO/VP Ops/VP IT.
Location: Central USA - Remote (travel to customers and events)
Salary: $250,000-$350,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own net-new enterprise acquisition across the Central, West, and East regions, from outbound to close.
- Build and maintain a 3x–4x qualified pipeline using disciplined outbound motion and self-sourcing (at least 30% of opportunities).
- Lead consultative, workflow-driven solution selling to uncover operator pain and map it to use cases.
- Advance 5–7 enterprise deals to late stage within the first six months, building champions and executive alignment.
- Create CFO-ready business cases and run structured evaluations: discovery, workflow mapping, pilot scoping, and ROI modeling.
- Document deal patterns and repeatable use cases to inform GTM strategy and drive expansion within existing accounts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales.
- Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
- Strong solution-selling and value-mapping skills, with ability to speak fluently about logistics workflows (or demonstrate ability to learn them).
- Comfort selling technical, workflow-heavy products with baseline understanding of LLM/AI (or demonstrate aptitude to learn the platform quickly).
- Experience navigating long sales cycles, internal politics, and complex buying committees.
- Executive presence with operators and technology leaders (COO, CIO, VP Ops, VP IT).
