What you will do

  • Manage pipeline health, forecast methodology, and ICP segmentation to ensure predictable growth.
  • Coach Mid-Market AEs on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical buyers and C-suite executives.
  • Implement a rigorous weekly forecasting cadence with clear inspection criteria and commit standards.
  • Drive the adoption of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to increase deal consistency.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps on pipeline coverage.
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and ramping of new AEs to maintain high-performance standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years in frontline sales management (Manager, Director, or RVP).
  • Proven track record of forecast accuracy and delivering against quota in high-growth environments.
  • Experience leading AEs selling into mid-market accounts ($240K–$1M+ ARR).
  • Strong command of sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Background in developer tools, API-first products, infrastructure, AI, or voice technology.
