Account Executive (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Spain (Remote with ~2 trips per month across the region).

What you will do

• Drive new business sales across the assigned European territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from account planning and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Progress in-flight opportunities while actively building a new sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Lead complex deal cycles in coordination with pre-sales, product, and partner teams.
• Leverage the partner ecosystem to support deal execution and pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Spain.
• 3+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience.
• Strong hunter mindset with a track record in new business generation.
• Background in Financial Crime solutions (AML, Fraud, KYC).
• Experience managing complex solutions with long sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel across the region approximately twice per month.
