What you will do

• Proactively engage your portfolio through outreach, QBRs, and regular check-ins.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with key decision-makers.
• Use account data and usage signals to prioritize outreach and commercial conversations.
• Monitor account health to intervene early on at-risk accounts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and one of the following: Italian, French, or German.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management within fintech or B2B SaaS.
• Proven background in outbound sales or business development.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on revenue expansion and portfolio growth.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, and Slack.
• Must be based in Spain.
