What you will do
- Proactively engage your portfolio through outreach, QBRs, and regular check-ins.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with key decision-makers.
- Use account data and usage signals to prioritize outreach and commercial conversations.
- Monitor account health to intervene early on at-risk accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and one of the following: Italian, French, or German.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management within fintech or B2B SaaS.
- Proven background in outbound sales or business development.
- Strong commercial mindset focused on revenue expansion and portfolio growth.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, and Slack.
- Must be based in Spain.
