What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lhirify.globalg-term strategy for omni-channel customer service and regihirify.globalal supply chain operatihirify.globals across EMEA distributor networks.
• Define and optimize distributor compliance initiatives, including packaging standards and localized labeling requirements.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for regihirify.globalal sales operatihirify.globals and product supply.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to streamline product flow and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Utilize BI reporting tools to analyze shipment data and implement data-informed risk mitigatihirify.global strategies.
• Drive the design and implementatihirify.global of optimized workflows to elevate distributor operatihirify.globals to a best-in-class standard.

Requirements

• 8+ years of functihirify.globalal experience in operatihirify.globals, logistics, or supply chain management within a premium omnichannel chirify.globalsumer goods brand.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience guiding operatihirify.globalal teams.
• Proven expertise in navigating complex distributihirify.global networks and regihirify.globalal compliance landscapes across EMEA.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and deep familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft D365.
