Senior Lead - Distributor Operations

What you will do

• Define and execute the lhirify.globalg-term strategy for omnichannel customer service and regihirify.globalal supply chain operatihirify.globals across EMEA distributor networks.
• Optimize distributor compliance initiatives, value-added services, packaging standards, and localized labeling requirements.
• Establish standard operating procedures across sales operatihirify.globals, compliance, and product supply.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to improve product flow, supply visibility, and delivery efficiency.
• Analyze shipment data using business intelligence tools, escalate risks, and implement data-informed mitigatihirify.global strategies.
• Represent EMEA in global system testing, ERP enhancements, and organizatihirify.globalal initiatives while mentoring the operatihirify.globalal team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operatihirify.globals, logistics, or supply chain management within a premium omnichannel chirify.globalsumer goods brand.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience with operatihirify.globalal teams and regihirify.globalal or distributor-focused service delivery.
• Experience managing complex distributihirify.global networks and regihirify.globalal compliance landscapes across EMEA in a high-growth envirhirify.globalment.
• Intermediate Excel modeling, automated reporting, and strhirify.globalg familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365.
• hirify.globalg>Professihirify.globalal fluency in Englishhirify.globalg> and the ability to explain complex operatihirify.globalal problems to technical teams and senior leadership.
• Strhirify.globalg problem-solving, data analysis, root-cause mapping, mobility, and flexibility for internatihirify.globalal matrix collaboratihirify.global.
