TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Proptech): Sourcing and qualifying new business leads for a short-term rental revenue management system with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead conversion. Location: Hybrid (Chicago, Illinois) - 2-3 days per week in the office, 2-3 days remote.

What you will do
- Source, reach out to, and qualify leads to communicate the company's value proposition.
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share and implement sales best practices.
- Achieve quotas based on qualified leads and outbound activity.
Requirements
- Proven ability to apply effective outbound prospecting strategies and techniques.
- Confidence in conducting outbound calls and conversing smoothly with prospects.
- Demonstrated history of resilience, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mentality.
- Track record of overachieving against defined performance metrics.
- Data-oriented approach with an aptitude for handling large data sets.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago, Illinois office.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Knowledge of the vacation rental market.
