What you will do
- Plan and implement marketing activations and thematic campaigns for brands across all B2C platforms.
- Develop annual strategic plans for key accounts to address brand and company challenges.
- Partner with commercial teams to support marketing needs and communicate brand plans.
- Collaborate with CRM and Project teams to execute activation plans and align scheduling.
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize future actions.
- Mentor and coach junior B2B & Trade colleagues to improve overall team performance.
Requirements
- Expertise in brand and trade marketing and project management.
- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of brand and consumer environments.
- Ability to perform commercial and marketing analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and analytical tools such as Mixpanel and Microstrategy.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Paris.
